Checking the Wyse download site the latest BIOS would appear to be BIOS 1.0G dated. This comes as part of the ACA0S7182048.exe download which also has the latest version of Windows Embedded Standard. I downloaded this file and used version 1.19 of the USB Firmware Update tool to flash the latest BIOS.

We use Wyse P45 zero clients with Tera2 firmware rather than ThinOS, so this may not directly compare, but I have found issues when moving between firmwares which need interim versions. For example, when moving up from Tera2 firmware 4.8.1 to 5.2.1, we had to do an interim step to 5.0.2 first otherwise it wouldn't recognise the newer version. Even though the different firmwares were all using the .all file format, the same 'invalid file format' error was thrown trying to go straight from 4.8.1 to 5.2.1.
